Summary
Somehow, Lumine has survived as a mortal for a year without being poked, prodded or dissected. Nor have they broken any laws- any major laws. They're trying their best, they swear, but it's a lot harder to avoid attention when they're conscripted to help the Ordo Favonius with Stormterror. Between lawbreaking, Mona's panicking, Diluc's ongoing paranoia, is it so surprising that they end up having to fight a dragon?

Summary
The mortifying ordeal of being human is exhausting. Lumine was sick of being human. They missed being able to stretch out and take up space. Now it just felt like they were continually suffocating— a too-large amount in a container too small.
That didn't even begin to scratch the surface of the dichotomous existence of humans. Humanity didn't make sense. The Witness had spent millennia watching humans being born, living, suffering, ageing and inevitably dying. Now they- part of The Witness, that which had become Lumine, was one of them.
Or: Lumine becomes human and is having a horrible time

- SettWhat better way to knock it all down than get rid of the strongest guy and wait for the power vacuum to swallow everything up in it's wake as everyone clambers for his spot. So someone does that. It doesn't particularly end well for them, however.
