Summary
One day, the Shujin's Hockey Team's time is pushed back further by 15 minutes. The team goes to see who is taking up their time and it ends up being Shujin's figure dancing team.
Ryuji sees and hears about Akira for the first time and he's drop dead gorgeous. But that's just by beauty standards, that's all! Ryuji doesn't even know the guy AND he's a GUY, so he could never have any certain particular feelings about him!
Ryuji goes to put on his hockey equipment, but while he puts it on he finds a pair of glasses. To be more specific, Akira Kurusu's glasses. And well, Ryuji decides to return them to him the next day at school\\.

Summary
Dog days are the hottest periods of the year, when the sun shines brighter and the weather feels too humid. Days like these often cause for people to lack motivation to participate on any sort of activities.
This leads us to the second meaning of dog days: these days can also mean inactivity or laziness; lack of action, and/or motivation to act.
It had been a hot day when Ryuji lost everything. The sun burning his skin as everything in his life fell apart right before his eyes.
Then, he began with sluggishness the day where he met the one who gave meaning to everything again. How funny, how he had thought of staying in bed that morning, not realizing how the events of this day would mark a difference in his life.
The end came to him on dog days, but so did the beginning.

Summary
"As expected: good one," Ryuji hears from behind him. He can somehow feel the depth of Akira's voice, even with the bass in the battlefield. The praise gives his heart another almost painful lurch, and there's just no way to prevent the rush of blood in his ears and cheeks that comes from that.
(Or: The gang plays laser tag to scout a Mementos request and it becomes a lot more serious to Ryuji than it was supposed to be.)

Ren and Ryuji are best friends- that's a fact no one would dispute- but in a life so entwined, is that really all they'll ever be? They seem to think so, but the dominos will fall and the walls will crumble eventually, and Ren might find himself with a lot more baggage to handle than he ever anticipated.
