"Speaking of which.."
Sunny said as she trotted into the kitchen.
"Would everypony like some gingerbread cookies and hot chocolate?"
Her question invited all of her friends to enter the kitchen, and not long afterwards they had settled down by the fireplace, each holding their mugs filled with hot chocolate. As they had learned, Hitch was quite particular about the amount of marshmallows in his drink: he had to have exactly three of them. No more, no less. Izzy on the other hoof wanted to be a little crazy and chose to add a fourth marshmallow. Sunny had three of them in her drink, so did Zipp. Misty did only add two at first, but it didn't take very long for her to add one more. Pipp chose a slightly different approach than all of her friends as she decorated her drink with lots of small marshmallows and some whipped cream.
The group of friends sat down in their chairs in front of the fireplace which gifted its warmth all over them as the snowflakes kept falling down from the sky.- Language:

It all happened so fast and only took a few seconds, but still Sunny felt like time was slowing down around her. She saw her fillyhood friend take a direct hit in the chest, which led to him starting to collapse, all of this happening like in slow motion. Hitch's sheriff's badge came loose and flew right off as the stallion fell on his knees. The badge, which he sheriff so greatly valued, landed a short distance away from him.

Sulley hissed at him and made a throat-slitting gesture. But it wasn't enough to stop Mike now that his mind was made up.
"Yellow?"
he said in a light tone while Sulley was still frantically shaking his head. Mike pretended to ignore this gesture and instead said:
"Yeah, he's right here."
He held out the receiver.
"Sulley, it's for you,"
he said and was waiting for Sulley to take some action. The bigger monster was groaning quietly and clawing at his face. He then gave Mike one final death stare before finally taking the receiver and lifting it up.
"Hey, dad.."
he was barely able to whisper.--
Or, Sulley goes an extra mile to avoid getting in contact with his parents. -

Tulio addressed his partner once more, and then went to sit down right next to him.
"Are you.. alright there?"
Immediately he wanted to kick himself. Such stupid questions, of course he now could see that something was bugging Miguel. Their knees touched each other as Tulio moved closer to his friend. He was making weird, uncomfortable faces as he tried to figure out what to say or do next. That one time he was actually happy that Miguel still wasn't looking at him. But the fact that the blond still hadn't said a single word was somehow making it all worse for Tulio. This was a situation he didn't know how to approach.
"Look, I'm not very good at this.."
he sighed, breathing out slowly as he worked on keeping himself calm. Otherwise he'd be of no help to anyone.
