‘5:30?’ Izuku thought numbly. He felt like he hadn’t even slept. He rubbed at his eyes and yawned, the tiredness weighing him down like a ton of bricks. His head hit his arms again, eyes wanting to stay closed.
“Can’t sleep..” he mumbled.

(Or, Hua Cheng flickers for a split second, just over a month after he had returned to Xie Lian, and Xie Lian immediately takes care of him, because he can not bear to think of another year without Hua Cheng by his side.)
