Summary
Because of getting hit by a curse, Suguru loses all his memories after attending Jujutsu High. Satoru smells an opportunity to entertain himself and lies that they are, in fact, dating, claiming to be his best friend’s boyfriend. What Satoru is not aware of is that Suguru quickly gains his memories back and decides to play along to give the white-haired boy a life lesson. It quickly backfires, though.
Or: How Satoru and Suguru became boyfriends because of a joke, and how they ended up in a relationship for real.

“People do like you,” he then agrees because generally they truly do. As long as Satoru even cares a little bit what someone thinks about him, he turns up the charm and then there’s hardly anyone who is not at least a little enamoured with him. “And why shouldn’t they,” Suguru then goes on. “You’re cute, after all.”
There’s no teasing tone to his voice as he says this, because it’s the truth and Suguru can’t quite bear to tease Satoru about something like that but he was absolutely not prepared for the way Satoru goes bright red in the face, opening and closing his mouth like a fish and for a split second Suguru fears that there’s steam going to come out of his ears.
And then Satoru teleports away.

Suguru is just so busy he doesn’t have time to scent him before he leaves, and Satoru’s nest is only missing parts of it because Suguru needs a spare change of his clothes when he travels…

Shoko sounds just as appalled as Satoru feels, and he makes a dramatic noise as he buries his face in the pillow she’d served back to him.
“Yes,” he pouts, sniffling. “Yes, I am.”
“Dude.” She shoves him with a foot, knocking the pillow out of his hands. “It’s just one guy.”
Offended, Satoru gapes at her. “He is not just some guy!” he protests.
“He’s not?”
“No! He's my - he’s my Cinderella!” Satoru wails.
Satoru Gojo thinks there's something familiar about the guy who's started giving him free coffee every time he comes into the shop. He just - can't figure out what it is.
