Summary
Draco has to heal Hermione every time she comes to the emergency department and he's had enough of her putting herself in danger. Seeing her hurt constantly is too much for him to bear, and he can't continue with their arrangement wondering if she won't make it back next time.
When he admits that there's more to his feelings than lust, he offers her a choice.
They can walk away with their secrets intact or Hermione can decide if she wants to know the depth of Draco's thoughts and feelings.
With all the cards on the table, it'll either be the end of their situationship or the start of something new.

He was now so hard he thought he might explode. He could feel the zip of his shorts straining over him and could feel himself twitching against the taut material.
He chanced a glance at her. She was still looking at her book but her hands were shaking and her eyes were glazed, her glossy lips were parted and her breath was coming in short little pants.
Merlin.
He let his fingers continue, he moved over the top of her thigh and then he was there, there was nowhere else to go. His fingertips brushed, ever so lightly against the material of her underwear and immediately he felt the wet warmth saturated there.
