Summary
Most of the time, these days, his feelings almost feel like a crush—a pleasant warmth suffusing him at a smile, less than innocent thoughts when Atsumu stretches before practice, something to occupy his mind in idle moments. They become friends, slowly but inevitably, one jab and taunt at a time. He likes being friends, though he’s not sure if it makes things better or worse. But routine is one hell of a painkiller, and more often than not he doesn’t even think much about it.
It’s only sometimes that it hits him.
