Louis can't not accept any bet that gets proposed to him. So when he is dared to explore a forgotten human temple with Niall, he accepts.A chance meeting, with a life-altering outcome.

"You're hard", Louis observed casually, like it was a comment on the weather.
An odd, choking noise left Harry at being surveyed so closely, at Louis' gaze lingering on his hard cock clearly outlined through his boxers. Louis just got back from a three week assignment yesterday and today was only supposed to be paperwork he needs to do to finish that up, before he was going to leave early and enjoy the weekend. And then Zayn, the traitor, emailed him about a bloke who was rumoured to have found a dragon egg and apparently live tweeting the whole thing.
Now. There are a lot of kids on twitter who tweet about dragon eggs they’ve found. A lot. But ninety-nine point nine percent of those tweets are about eggs that are not dragon eggs, whether the kids tweeting know that or not.
The only reason that Louis allows for that point-one percent chance that someone could be tweeting about an actual dragon egg is that, well, someone could. Weird things happen all the time.
