Summary
When a photograph of Yuri and Otabek walking through the streets of London holding hands goes viral, the two of them are thrown into a media circus. Forced to pretend they're dating to try and cool down the rumors, they agree to keep it up - at least until the wedding of the century is over and things start to quieten down.
But even as the rumors cool down, their friendship starts heating up, and this fake relationship quickly starts gaining traction - both personally and professionally. With meddlesome fans, even more meddlesome coaches, and the most meddlesome skating couple, can this fake relationship stay fake - and, more importantly, do they want it to?
Yuri stared at the pocket. Maybe, if he stared hard enough, he could burn a hole in the fabric. That way, the paper would be set alight and Otabek wouldn’t call Leaf and ask him on a date and leave Yuri for a British vegan hippie with a dodgy beard.
Of course, it would help if Yuri could find his balls and put his phone number down for Otabek to call - hypothetically, of course, since Otabek already has Yuri’s number, and is therefore subjected to many pictures of Potya on a near-daily basis.
