Tensions rise while Piltover and Zaun teeter on the brink of civil war...

Summary
Full BG1 novelization.
Thalia is not a nice person. She is rude, gruff, closed off, and violent. Her father's death changes her for the worse, as vengeance is the only thing that sustains her. Desperate decisions push her to places she's never wanted to go, even as Imoen clings to her -- the only sunlight in a dark world. And, all the while, a Red Wizard watches with a menacing smile. An atypical hero meets an atypical wizard mentor. Neither like the arrangement.
Featuring a good-ish fighter protagonist who fears magic, a female-majority party, sisterly love, betrayal, nightmares, a surly Red Wizard, and doing what she has to do to stay alive.
