There will still be some of the typical explosive hero-ing, but Midorya's fighting style will be changed from 'strategic punching' to something more akin to stand battles.Main inspirations are: MHA (obviously), Jojo (mostly Part 5), Bungou Stray Dogs, Breaking Bad/Better Call Saul, BTAS (90s Batman animated series)

He had believed that everything would be fine once his previous foster family got sentenced to prison. He had hoped for peace and tranquility with his new family - he should have known that things never go as planned, not as long as Shinsou Hitoshi was involved. Abducted after a villain attack, Hitoshi must survive his sadistic kidnapper's violence for however long time it will take for the police to find him.
Unfortunately, that was easier said than done.

With a tentative blink, the boy turned his face towards the man who stood, facing outward towards the battle, his eyes drawn into a dark thought as he hummed low.

And the boy faltered for a moment, halted by the comment and the...rejection the man presented him. The out.
"You can leave."
You can run, he was saying. Escape. Be free. He didn't need to got through this war, this pain, this loss. Not again.
Aizawa-Sensei...was trying to spare him?

Izuku...the boy... The Doctor only shook his head and rubbed at his nose as he sniffled. His fingers trembled, but his shoulders remained firm.
"I said I'd save them all. I said I'd rescue her. And I will." He remarked softly, his voice quavering. "And I've never been called a liar."
"But you are a hero," All Might's voice chimed to his left.
And no. That wasn't right. Izuku shook his head to disagree. He'd never been a hero.
"No," He retorted. "Not that. It's because I'm The Doctor."

Wrong. It had all gone so so wrong. First Sensei got taken, Then Big sis died, and now this.It was supposed to be a simple raid while looking for new hide-out locations, but it had gone so wrong. The heroes had been there, someone had followed Toga, a hero. They had seen through her quirk and recognized her behavior. The raid had been ruined, and the league had been caught. Tomura could barely breathe. It wasn’t fair, this isn’t how it was supposed to go! It’s not fair! These stupid fucking heroes were getting in the way again, and of course Eraserhead had to be one of them, why did he have to keep getting in the way? He was barely even a hero! He didn’t get fame from the job, people rarely knew he existed in the first place, why couldn’t he just see that heroes needed to die and then Eraserhead could maybe even join them, and help, and be like way cooler than Dabi’s high ass. It was so simple to Tomura, but no, he just had to be on the hero’s side and now the grayish-blue haired man was in the back of a van, quirk erasing cuffs on his hands and wrists, and no way out.
Aizawa was not enjoying his night.

And it's true! The day before his step-father comes back, his mother dies. The day he has to escape from the police, a wild pack of lolitas are meeting up close to where he is. The day his step-father abandons him, he finds out the quirkless come of age at twelve-years-old. With his luck, he could rule the world!
Wait, what? Vigilantism? No, he just saved someone with an umbrella the other day (if Tsukauchi had a penny every time…). Famous YouTuber? He just makes his little videos and went viral, no biggie. Singer? He just helped a band out once at the bar. Genius analyst? Come on, that was just helping out some nice underground heroes! Izuku has no idea what everyone is talking about.
But, now that they're making such a big deal out of it, he can't really just tell everyone they're all the same person, can he?
