When Sora woke up in that coffin, he didn’t know his name. The only reason he remembered was because of a silver crown necklace with a mysterious quote on the back: “May your heart be your guiding key.”
Now navigating a school with powerful magic he can’t remember how to use and students willing to do anything to get the upper hand, Sora has to figure out who he was, who he is now, and how to stop the oncoming tide of darkness before it’s too late.

Kairi returned to the Guardians of Light without Sora at her side. Everyone is doing everything they can to try and find him, with no luck. Until Riku starts dreaming of shadowed castles, blue fire, and a horned boy who reminds him too much of Maleficent.

The boy with the crown necklace only came to this world with two things: The name Sora, and the ancient magic that Twisted Wonderland lost long ago.
Now challenged with the darkness of this world and combatting foes that feel strangely familiar, Sora has to find a way to regain his memories and his identity, before this new world comes crashing down around him. An age of calamity is brewing on the horizon, and Sora may be one of the few who can fight it.
Meanwhile, The Guardians of Light are redoubling their efforts to find their missing hero. Riku's started to get strange dreams that depict a dark castle and a horned boy emanating the strongest magic Riku's seen. Roxas's mind is being torn in two directions, one of the face of a strange cat creature and the other the visions of darkness Ventus sees of Sora's fate. The three boys come together in attempt to trace their leads, but will they like what they find?

Summary
The day before, it was sunny. The skies were bright and the birds in the sky were happy. Everyone was singing and was glad it was finally over. They all were safe.
Sora—The boy who saved them all told one of his two friends, “I'm going to disappear. Tell him, I'm sorry.”
And now it was raining.
Riku sets off for the Quadratum to find his most precious friend, but nothing ever comes easy for him and in order to do so he must face Yozora who believes he is the only one who must save Sora.

Kairi finally lets go of his hand and whispers her last “Goodbye, stay safe, Riku.”
Braveheart lights up.
Everything goes white.
Dropping down into a new world is always an adventure of his own, especially on a glider, Riku muses as he circles the realm right in front of him. It’s all sleek white buildings reflecting a rising sun, wide fields surrounding various strange structures. A strange yellow sign, a weird crystallized meteor, forests and seas, a city built on water. It’s a gigantic world bathed in light and Riku is in awe, until he notices the bright lines bleeding into darker shadows and rippling into a mirror image of a city Riku knows only far too well by now. It’s twisted and strange, upside down, a faint light pulsating on one of the taller towers.
His analytic Ability is like static in his ears whenever he tries to scan the world, Quadratum glitching in and out of his vision, until it fades completely and leaves the name Insomnia behind. -
