Everything was great up until Izuku had turned 4. He lived a happy life with his mom and dad. He smiled and laughed without a care in the world. Every Saturday he would go play with his best friend Katsuki, or who he called Kacchan, at the park while their moms chatted and laughed along with each other. He drew pictures that his mom would hang on the refrigerator and played heros until he was so sleepy he couldn’t keep his eyes open anymore. He had always felt loved. He had alway felt safe with his family. Why wouldn’t he, right?
The day after his mom- mother had taken him to the quirk specialist, and learned Izuku would most likely not develop a quirk of his own, his life had taken a drastic turn for the worst.

But in the two and a half weeks that he has been there, it’s like their world flipped. Everything seemed brighter and more colorful.
