Summary
Following Flandre's memory loss after her encounter with her mastermind self, she finds allies in a strange town called Gensokyo where youkai and humans live. Each fueled by their ulterior motives, they decide to work together to piece together what is going on and what actions to take. Still, the further each one decides to explore, the more ugly truths rear their head. With more questions than answers, will Flandre and her allies be able to take on the masterminds yet again and figure out the mysteries behind their actions and the "base worlds," or will they be crushed by their self doubts and past?

Summary
Shinki is the creator and god of Makai, a world separated from the rest of Gensokyo. Following an incident her children were responsible for many years ago, she has mostly ruled Makai in silence.
Our protagonist is a pickpocket from the Outside, and currently resides inside the village, making his living off of petty theft.
With the pathway between Gensokyo and Makai unsealed every so often thanks to negotiations with the tengu, Shinki grows restless, and our protagonist inadvertently finds himself at the center of it all.
