When she reached the sequoia tree, she noticed a figure wearing dark robes crouched down in front of the campanula flowers, as she got closer she realized it was the prince of Paradis.
She walked up to him and gathered her courage to speak up, “I don’t mean to disappoint, but campanulas are-”
“Scentless,” he looked up to her, “I know.”
Mikasa awkwardly blinked and nodded, “Right, th-they do come from your country, after all…”
The man nodded and they both fell into silence. Surprisingly, it wasn’t an awkward silence, it felt rather comfortable. She sat down next to him, her back lying against the trunk of the tall, knobbly tree. Prince Jaeger remained unmoving under the tree's shade, and looked at her from the corner of his eyes, seemingly studying her.
“I like coming here…” Mikasa confessed, “I find this place comforting, in a way.”
The man arched an eyebrow, “Is that so?”
Mikasa smiled softly and gave her head a small dip.

Summary
Eren Jaeger lives through the ever-changing seasons of Hizuru, a new land he's learned to call home. The colours of spring hypnotize him, the heat of summer burns him, the winds of autumn sober him, and the chill of winter petrifies him.
It is even more astounding that all these seasons, all these transformations, are shown by Hizuru's princess, someone he's forbidden to even lay eyes upon. They show through her, and the fleeting moments that they share behind closed doors, hidden from the rest of the world, and he's helpless in hiding his growing admiration for her.

Summary
Mikasa Ackerman has been an orphan since the age of nine. She knows nothing about where her parents came from, except for the little that Levi has told her about the Ackermans. That is, until a woman named Kiyomi comes knocking on her door, claiming to be her mother's younger sister- and a member of the Azumabito clan, the ruling family of Hizuru.
Kiyomi invites her to meet the rest of her family, and discover more of her history, on a trip to the imperial palace of Hizuru, along with anyone she may wish to bring. Eren, Armin and the rest of her friends accompany her on a trip to her mother's homeland, which may reveal long-hidden truths about her feeling towards Eren, and change their lives forever.

Summary
There were many stories and legends recounted to Mikasa before bedtime, but one in particular stands out: in the high mountains of Hizuru, there is a river with the power to wash away a person’s memories.
Legends say that once someone goes near the river, the water calls out to you in a gentle, alluring voice. It tugs you closer and closer, lulling you with its sweetness and beauty. The pull overtakes you until you’re not even conscious of your being. Instead, all you desire to do is to jump into its depths and forget everything.
The reason why Mikasa remembered this story more than others is because Mikasa was undeniably happy with her peaceful life.
And she couldn’t imagine anything changing that to warrant the desire to forget everything that defined her.
