Crosshair leaned forward a little. “What’s that?”
“What is what?” Echo saw the sniper’s hand stretch toward him and flinched to avoid getting poked in the eye, but Crosshair wasn’t focused on his face. The pale hand stopped at the left side of the cybernetic’s head and one long finger poked him in the earlobe.
“That.” Crosshair’s gaze was questioning now, one eyebrow raised in a quizzical expression Echo had rarely seen.
Echo instinctively reached for his ear, confused. He ran his fingertips over the spot Crosshair was pointing at and felt the small, raised presence of a scar. His heart jerked a little.
“It’s a scar,” he said lamely.
Crosshair scowled at him. “From what?"

Summary
Echo and Fives return to the remnants of Rishi Station to remember and make a memorial for the brothers they lost. But the job becomes complicated when the structure collapses, cutting off Echo and Fives from the rest of the Batch.
It's further complicated when Echo and Fives are rescued by none other than Droidbait, Hevy, and Cutup.
The simple solution is that Echo and Fives died in the collapse, and Domino Squad has been reunited in death. Though Echo's the only one with such an opinion, he may be proven right, as he and Fives are badly injured in the collapse. As Echo's condition deteriorates, his Domino brothers seek to help him and his Bad Batch brothers' search becomes desperate.
