Summary
Reborn into a world of shadowy vigilantes, men of steel, champions, warriors, and underwater kings… Medha sets out to try and not only survive but thrive in a world where alien invasions and world ending events are common enough to lose track of them. All while trying to figure out even which continuity he is part of and how he can make the best of it for himself. If he happens to help out a few teens along the way, break a few curses, spark debates on his humanity, and pick up a baby bird well… he's just fine with that.
A/N: I am going to try and include a lot of at least mention of canon events / fanon interpretations but as I haven't actually read most of the comics I make no promises. - It will focus mostly on Batfam, Gotham, Teen Titans, and Shazam (/Shazfam)

Summary
There was a big dumpster on his left along with some trash bags and a pile of empty boxes, and on his right was some discarded boxes and a fire escape. Bottles and cans littered around the dumpster and scattered around the alley. He stops and leans against the dumpster. 'I need help from the Wisdom of Solomon and make my way to the Rock of Eternity.' Once he was far enough into the alleyway away from the view of anyone on the sidewalk, he stopped. Well, more like stumbles as his leg gives way under his weight.
“Ack—!” Billy yelps, now partially kneeling on the floor. His arms were now tingly and he couldn’t feel his left leg anymore as it had gone completely numb. His migrain now was becoming a splitting headache that was getting worse as time went on. “I have to hurry. SHAZAM!” He yells, voice full of panic, looking towards the sky as he usually does.
Then it all went wrong.
Now at only 3 ½ inches tall, Billy has to find a way to get back to normal, but in the meantime, he needs someone to help him and take care of him reluctantly. Being with the whole BatFamily, they try their best to take care and protect Billy. Of course, chaos, adventure, and misfortunes ensue throughout their daily lives.

Cigarettes were a recurring item in his life. His father used to step out during light arguments with his mother for a ‘smoke break’ and return with an apologetic look. The old man at the corner store with kind eyes and a crooked smile often held a cigarette in his hand or patted the pack of cigarettes in his pocket as a nervous fidget. The pack of kids that first taught Billy to trust his instincts, who taught him when to run and hide, stole packs out of the back pockets and bags of adults. When Billy would shift his feet or look longingly at restaurants and at the people who were eating while walking by, they would offer out a clenched hand holding a cigarette. They told him it’ll ease his appetite. ”
OR: Billy picked up smoking at a young age and hasn’t been able to drop the habit. Bruce notices.

Billy gets really mad and then really hurt so Tawny comes to pick him up from school. Only the school is a space station and Diana of Themyscira will stab Tawny if he tries anything.

Billy is freaking out. Maybe more than he should be but freaking out nonetheless.
I mean sure, he thinks, I've been in adult bodies before, it's part of my superpowers, but this is the very wrong body and the right body has the wrong mind in it! He is trying not to panic, or at least show any panic, just standing here. In the Batcave. As Batman uses his voice and his face to explain the situation to his kids that are here and everyone else over comms, all while Billy prays to every god of luck he's on good terms with that this isn't how his secret gets revealed.
