“Who are you?” Asked the deep but young voice. “How did you find me?”
Dean, steadying his breath, scanned his brain for what to do.

Summary
“If you’re talking about the time you ate all those souls…you had to be stopped, Cas.”
“I agree,” Castiel shrugged, “But would you have tried to kill me if I was human and had caused such chaos?”
A muscle in Dean’s jaw rippled, “We don’t deal with humans, that’s what the cops are for!”
“Dean…” Sam admonished softly, looking stricken.
Dean blinked, stunned by his own words. “I mean…I didn’t mean –“
Castiel swallowed, closing his eyes against a lance of pain in his chest that had nothing to do with the binding or the sigil. “Yes, you did. And its true, in any case.” Castiel gave him an out, but the words stung. He wasn’t human. Which meant he was – in a hunter’s mind – a creature.
An animal.
Something inside him felt like it was icing over...
_________

CONTAINS SPOILERS for both Supernatural and The Walking Dead tv show. I'm focusing mainly on the show, but I'm a fan of TWD comics and may eventually incorporate storylines &/or characters from those as well.

Summary
If you asked Dean Winchester how he survived getting his plane shot down, he wouldn't know. He didn't remember much of that day. Sure, He vaguely remembered the fire, the plastic pieces melting onto him, and how suffocating the air was.
What he did remember most of all was the hands that saved him belonged to the Russian pilot he had taken down with him. A gun in his hand and a piece of metal sticking out of his side, looking pissed beyond hell at the American...and all Dean could do was pass out.

Dean unexpectedly receives a package with a fully functional hyper-realistic, sort-of-attractive and likable robot, named Castiel.Castiel adjusts to "civilian life" and is more than happy to learn about Humanity from Dean. Dean adjusts to having a robot that's more adorable than a metal man has any business being...
Also, food will be featured heavily, whether or not it's actually important to the plot, or if it's because I always write when hungry, you decide. But I suggest making a sandwich before you sit down and read this. Trust me.
Also all science, is psuedo-science, as I'm no scientist.

"It seems as though I'm interrupting," Castiel said and Dean froze because he hadn't heard that voice in three years, seven months, one week, and four days, not since its owner had left for the army. But that's a little too far into the story.
