Summary
Adam looked disgusting, smelled disgusting, and to add hurt to injury, was disgusting. Figuratively and literally.
Lucifer kicked him in the ribs, and Adam groaned, pushing his face deeper into the trash.
As a moderate-to-deeply depressed duck-connoiseur, Lucifer knew a thing or two about hitting rock bottom, but Adam looked like he had leapt for the shovel and started digging. Holy cow in hell.
