The better option was to transmit it onto himself for direct healing, promising a faster, more efficient process in which Lucifer could tend to the injury by his own accord without having to deal with a grating, static-y voice complaining away. Such a generous decision would entail feeling the burn of divine weaponry for a bit, sure, but it was nothing Lucifer, king of Hell, fallen angel, couldn’t handle, especially compared to Alastor, whose perpetual smile now strained at the edges. So, the decision's set.
The mutual problem with both scenarios, however? They both warranted coming into contact with the gash first.
Particularly, the gash that was on the most touch-repulsed overlord Lucifer’s ever met.
