Summary
The bombastic duo of Colin and Puro have both left in the canon ending of Changed. All is happy for them, but as for Dr. K, the efforts made by Colin to survive have made certain parts of the building suffer. In order to save the lives of those still in medically induced hibernation, one human was returned to consciousness early. The knowledge about this foundation's equipment is vital for making repairs but the human seems to have forgotten themself while under. How will they overcome the sheer unfamiliarity of a world they both recognize and are completely alien to at the same time?
While this fic is inspired by Passage Protocol as listed in the "Inspired by" spot, it's mostly for the sake of temporary transfur. Also, I'll be using a lot of the names they used for canon characters. After Colin and Puro left, Dr. K introduced some of the creatures around to the library and even taught them how to read and speak. Those ones taught others who in turn taught more and so forth.

The dark sides used to have these 'Torture porn' sessions before they joined the light sides in a polyamorous relationship. (Yes Roman and Remus are technically dating in this, but they have a rule set up that the two of them don't touch each other intimately) Now the darks would love to show the lights the freaky things they used to do and make all of the light sides wildest nightmares come true.

Dashi and Shellington are both quote, “secretly” crushing on each other, but neither of them has found the courage to make the first move. They both long for closeness and connection, but are too shy to openly reveal their desires.
As they embark on a mission to find an elusive octopus that has evaded them and broken their octo-radar, they will be thrown into a series of challenges and situations but they will also bring Dashi and Shellington closer, forging a deeper bond as they navigate the mission together.
