La villa che si staglia davanti ai suoi occhi, una residenza nobiliare di campagna di un paio di secoli addietro, riempie tutto il suo campo visivo.
Il giardino attorno alla casa è infinito, serre, siepi e roseti si intrecciano e sovrappongono fino a perdersi nei campi immensi, giù a perdifiato verso le colline e più lontano ancora, al limitare bel bosco.È un posto di una bellezza rara.
Apre mestamente lo sportello del SUV ed inspira l’aria dal pungente odore di fango e pioggia, lasciando che un brivido di freddo lo scuota e lo faccia stringere nella felpa oversize.
E neanche il tempo di dire "crostatina di mirtilli" che la porta del maniero si apre (o meglio, metà della porta gigantesca del maniero lo fa) e dopo un attimo di panico, Louis Tomlinson si para davanti a lui.* Oppure: Sei anni dopo lo hiatus della band ed Harry Styles va in overdose.
Acconsente ad andare in rehab solo se avrà la possibilità di trascorrere del tempo a Villa Beatitudine, il maniero nel nord dello Yorkshire acquistato da Louis Tomlinson nel 2019.
