From humble beginnings, he would rise to lead the fight against Saren, return from the dead to face down the Collectors, before he would lead the charge in the war against the Reapers that would bring the galaxy to the brink of destruction.
Along the way, he would build teams, make friendships, and enjoy the company of women and asari. Numerous women and asari. They loved him and he loved them.

The woman hiding behind professional persona of Commander Shepard had to try really hard to not let out almost hysterical giggle already half forming in her throat. Alongside with Captain Anderson and Spectre Kryik, their eyes were fixated on the vid-screen featuring some weird looking ship, right after witnessing brutal decimation of marines stationed planetside. Nothing funny about that, of course. But merely moments ago a literal bomb got dropped on her head; an expected cooperation with the present turian was supposedly about to start. Considering the hardly-believed running tally of doom she kept on with involving said species, bigger understatement could never been said.
Beacause what could possibly go wrong under these circumstances, right?
