    It is a well known fact that the Quirkless population makes up a mere twenty percent of the total population. One in every five, two in every ten. That is where the Quirkless exist, with red shoes with white soles, black laces often found tying them on. 

    Quirkless people come in every shape and size. They can be tall or short, young or old, smart or foolish. But perhaps ‘smart’ is a thing of the past, a past measurement, because certainly those less evolved can not be as advanced, as intelligent. That is what the statistics indicate, after all, that there is something lesser about the Quirkless. It makes them fragile, makes them weak. It means that they are dependent on the protection of the Quirked.

    It means that they cannot stand up against the Quirked.

    Or: Japan has some beliefs. The rest of the world has others.

After a while your morals change and certain parts of you just are never the same. So he's tried different routes seeing how it’ll help, some more than others and some he just wanted to tear himself apart thinking.
    So after their 56,280,985th attempt Izuku gives up and resigns himself to a break after many many nagging sessions with the vestiges, Izuku rewound time every now and again still keeping track, after quite a few relaxing years Izuku decides to switch places where he stumbles across what he is now dubbing his kit, and no one will dare take him away.
    Stumble along with a very tired, and feral Izuku as he manages a parent’s life to a genius and the rat satan himself.

    Nedzu, the other half of the team that makes up Dioscuri. With the quirk High Specs that granted him increased intelligence. He is the only non-human pro hero in all of the world.

    Alone, these two would have never made it into the profession. With quirkless being less and less common with each generation; Izuku was never given any opportunity to follow his dream. Nedzu, being a chimera, wouldn’t have been able to get far on his own. The system was twisted in favor of humans only; animals couldn’t legally be heroes. Alone they were cast out of society.

    Together they formed the pro-hero and principle of Yuuei High School: Dioscuri.

    Or: the AU where Nedzu and Izuku fake being one hero so that they can utterly wreck the commission for denying their dreams.

    Midoriya Izuku went missing for a week and turned up in a back alleyway with skills he's never even heard of and no memory of how he came by them. He resigns himself to never learning the truth of what happened to him, but he shouldn't waste this chance should he? He could become a hero with reflexes like these.

All Might had gone to UA, UA was the best, so Izuku was going to go there too, if he could. But things were a little different, now that he was going to receive All Might’s Quirk.

    “No,” he said, decisively.

    All Might looked caught off guard, which was a very rare expression on him. “No?” he echoed, like he couldn’t believe it.

    A laugh bubbled out of Izuku’s throat. He honestly couldn’t believe it either. “No,” he repeated.
