Summary
By day, Nicole Nakazawa is a slacker college student just looking to get to the next day. By night (and sometimes also day) she is The Kappa, a mostly naked crime fighter with powers over water, a turtleshell shield, and an expertise in martial arts. As the Kappa she fights hard to make a name for herself as a new superhero, and she enjoys the privilege of being able to do so in the nude!
