But their animal-like hunger left an effect on Yui, forcing her to give birth various of times to their children even though they weren't there.
But does Yui despise these children? No, they were hers and she would love them till the end of time. Even though they remind her sometimes of that horrid night.
Years have passed and when Yui thought she finally had her life together with her adorable children...They come back into her life.
I am a big fan of "What We've Missed Without You" by peach_hime and I wanted to create a follow up for the story.

Yui has gotten used to being tossed around and treated like a good-for-nothing food bag, many people in the world have it worse than she does. Her fate was set into stone when she stepped into the Sakamaki Manor: to choose a man to marry and forever be his blood bag till the day she died. Yui was content with it, she had to or she'll die early.
One day, she discovered a pocket mirror hiding in an unopened drawer in her wardrobe. Thinking it was one of the earlier sacrificial brides' possession, Yui tries to put it back to respect her death until something popped out of the glass. It was a fairy! Well, a spirit, but it still looked like a fairy to her! The spirit's name was Lilith and she thanked Yui for finding her mirror, now being able to freely leave Yui's room. The fairy tells Yui how fed up she was watching the Sakamakis treat her like utter garbage, offering a 'gift' to her to use against them. Yui tries to decline it at first, only for Lilith to force it upon her body. Now, whenever the brothers kissed her, they become utterly attracted to Yui!

Each brother possesses a unique personality and supernatural abilities, but they all share a dark and sadistic nature. Yui is offered as their "sacrificial bride," chosen to satisfy their insatiable thirst for blood. Locked in a mansion with nothing but gawking predators crawling around her, she finds no means of escape.
Thrown in a dark fate, Yui finds herself in complicated relationships with each one of the brothers. Having her future deeply tied to the unknown, Yui is continuously living in fear as more extramundane beings emerge, each with their own agenda. Natheless, the life of another human girl who was also a resident of the mansion is now also bound to the sacrificial bride. Yui and the beyond-saving Hana Iriye cross paths in the most undesirable of ways. Then came the harsh truth that Hana was also given up to the vampires as a tribute... a tribute of blood.

Summary
Yui Komori receives a beloved treasure from her father at a party on Christmas Eve. The gift is a none other than a gorgeous nutcracker to whom Yui immediately adores. However, a cruel acquaintance of hers purposely breaks it, face which leads to her only growing more attached to the broken doll. She even goes to check upon it during the night when she couldn't sleep, only to find it had transformed into a gorgeous "prince".
Yet, to her surprise, her prince isn't as kind as he seems... He blames her for his injuries, and he breaks her heart as he closes himself off from her. But even in his despair, Yui becomes fond of him, though it isn't able to last long when the Mouse King comes and captures him as prisoner.
Yui is left to rescue her cruel prince as she enters the Candy World, but she runs into strange people along the way...

It has been know that Yui Komori was sent into a mansion full of inhuman creature. But what hasn't been know is that you were along her side as well. Both of you come from the same place, yet Yui was never fond of you. She always seemed to hate you. Reason why? She envied your beauty.
After being sent to the mansion, Yui was considered the first crificial bride and you the second one.They never really bothered you as much as they did to Yui. Not that you minded. It was actually relaxing,no bit marks on your neck or other parts of your body like Yui was. Never once has your blood smelled appealing to them. They always considered your blood plain and boring compared to hers. Why is this you ask? Well, you have a special blood that proctects you from a vampire. They disguise your scent and replace it with a less appealing one. But with one cut that causes blood to form, then that's when the true scent comes out. Absolutely delicious. Many centuries ago, people had your type of blood. It was considered gold. It tasted so devine to a vampire. But the only problem to them is that they drop to the floor like a rag doll. After the Sakamaki's figure that out, Reiji makes a potion which makes your blood more consumable.
