Summary
Buer, the new Archon of Sumeru, made by Rukkhadevata. Living in a bubble of dendro, the Sages watch and monitor her growth.
Cyno, a lost child with the shard of a god newly implanted inside him. Arriving in Sumeru City, he tries to find what he's looking for in the Akademiya.
Baizhu, a quiet Liyuean with a younger brother to protect and a past to run from. The young half-adepti goes to the Akademiya to find answers on how to help himself and his dear brother Heizhu.
Lisa, a self-absorbed witch as a student in the Akademiya, looking for anything that could make her stronger. By the time she finds it, though, choosing between life and wisdom suddenly becomes a lot harder.
Zandik, a scholar with an odd sense of humor and even more odd inhuman intelligence. With commissions from the Grand Sage Azar, social life problems, and lingering insanity, one's bound to eventually run.
Icha, a young being from Irminsul, a side affect of making Buer. Waking up in a remote village that's part of the Cult of Seeking, she is given a deal she would never think to refuse.
It ends up about as well as expected.

Everything the abyss touches is forever changed. Ajax was no different. Although that might not be the case literally as he's stuck as a 14 year old forever. Not much change if you're an eternal preteen for the rest of your days. At least he still has his family. All 289+ older brothers and sisters, 172+ aunties, 247+ uncles, 3 dads, 2 moms, 2 younger brothers, and a younger sister. Oh did he mention how the entire Fatui adopted him. He's now the official Mascot of the Fatui. Where did he go wrong. Probably when he fell into the abyss. Oh well might as well make the best of things.
In layman's terms I'm rewriting canon but Childe never aged past when he first fell into the abyss. Gratuitous use of adoption too.
This is my first fic be gentle with my deprived heart. Also tribute to both Childe's birthday and my luck to C6 him.
Probably gonna update it on Thursdays and Sundays until I get C6 but if I miss a day yell at me in the comments.
Edit: C6 Childe has been acquired and we’re moving forward with the Once a Week Updates on Sundays as the plan. (This is my Sunday of course so your mileage may vary)

''And he's soooo unlucky.'' Childe continued. How could he explain that Bennett is hunting dragons??? ''He's going through a rebellious phase.'' Childe forced, hating the term. It sounded a lot like the way his parents referred to him.
''Oh.'' Zhongli seemed to think, furrowing his eyebrows. Childe thought it was cute. ''I suppose you can talk to him, and if that doesn't work, let him find his own way.'' Zhongli sipped his tea; ''I never had brothers, and if I did, I didn't know them.
Yes, Childe was very sympathetic to this poor man. Could this be related to his lack of Mora?

Except for Il Capitano and Columbina, because Il Capitano was masked so he couldn’t see his expression, Columbina still had that eerily calm look she usually has. Said cat was still laying in his arms, Childe’s hold keeping the feline pinned firmly to his chest. Yet the cat did not panic, only observing its surroundings with its yellow and blue eyes.
