They’d known each other too long, loved each other too much, and hurt each other too intimately and too many times to pretend they were better than exactly who they were.
Super back in my Barrón feels in a big fuckin’ way right now
thanks to Bobby Soto ruining my life in A Million Miles Awaybut like weirdly and accidentally, this could be kind of a sequel to all_InProcess’s Adamant - imsorryforeverything - anyway enjoy Barrón lowkey kicking himself for saving Claudio and also being like, "aight, fine. It was the right call" because he would never do his lady love so dirty as to purposely let her new husband die- Language:

Summary
The two most important things anyone can do is give life and take it. But with how often both happened, it seemed people didn’t consider the gravity of either near enough. Killing wasn’t a trifling thing.
Barrón has had it about up to here with these Neo-Nazis and an under cover Rustin Cohle, operating under his motorcycle boy/former narco PO alias “Crash,” is there to support his teaching these whiteboys a lesson.

For the Narcoctober Day of Life: create a fanwork in which a character avoids their canon death
He noticed it later when Mín slipped a wad of cash to Barrón. There was too much else going on for him to pry as to the reasons behind it. But if Mín didn’t seem overly bothered about it all, Claudio figured he didn’t have any reason to be either.
When the gunfire started a couple minutes later Claudio found himself thinking that maybe he should’ve been a little more worried.

We lock eyes and yours are almost amused, as if to ask, did you think we were done with this game already?
Newlywed Enedina Arellano Félix can't sleep. She has everything. The house, the car, the man, more money than she can spend, and a vast, powerful clandestine drug empire at the tips of her fingers. So, what's keeping her up at night? A one David Barrón Corona, a former flame that won't seem to go out no matter how hard she tries to snuff the damn thing out. After her engagement was announced, Barrón bounced all the way up to the Imperial Valley to lick his wounds with some paramilitary training in the desert (as one does) and she hasn't heard from him since. And it may be driving her ... actually crazy. So much so, she's writing letters he'll never read in her own head.

Still, these were all things to wish for, not to have. What was left now? What if some things were better dreamt than done?
David Barron is in love. He's in love and he does care who knows it. Particularly, if the brutal, savage cartel-boss brothers of the woman he loves, Enedina Arellano Felix, know it. But what’s he to do when he's taken by another powerful cartel leader, in retaliation for Dina's secret side-project moving coke across the Tijuana/San Ysidro border with fellow drug baroness, Isabella Bautista? In the face of a potentially more imminent death para su rayo de luna, can Dina afford to keep both him, and the business she built from the ground up, a secret?

Summary
I’d never met anyone like him. Which made sense. The planet would likely combust if it had to contend with the rabid, spitfire energy of more than one Ramón Arellano Félix.
David Barrón has spent the last few months “not noticing” Ramón Arellano Félix, but even the will and self-denial of a deeply repressed convicted felon/cartel assassin isn't enough to withstand the fatal charms of the youngest Arellano.

So I’ll say it again, leave the revenge. It was secondary, all of it: bullet spray, blood lick, fractured grin. Cops bribed, notes burned. The hundreds of gallons of gas we spent on no justice at all. I got what I came for.

Summary
I have literally never cackled so hard editing a video...like en serio we got heads getting caved in with baseball bats, we got cabrones getting chucked outta airplanes, we got all kinds of diabolical smiling, we got railing fat lines of drugs, we got make-the-most-of-what-you-have-Miguel-Angel ashtray beatdowns, we got dirt bikes crashing, planes crashing, they even shot up the beauty parlor. Explosions. I said lordt JEYSUS ISSA FIRE.
And yes. Yes, I am aware the above sounds like me just making word salad but they are in fact deep, profound truths the world has yet to discover. Come one, come all. There's so many different brands and flavors of desmadre to try, like forreal all blorb food groups are (almost) equally represented. So, step right up and enjoy a nice slice of cartoonish movie violence perpetuated by a bunch of stupid hot, but mentally underdeveloped men (who set shit on fire bc they don't know how to deal with their emotional natures, pero nimodo y que los soporten) all set to a funky-fresh, jaunty 60s bop that we all know and love.

Yeaaaaa, so it's basically just a love letter to my AU Barron aka a not!Garbage version of the character where we pretend he's Not The Actual Worst For No Reason. It's essentially just a retread of Dinarron/Blue Jeans with clips from Tax Collector and Narcos Mexico but solely devoted to the Bobby-Soto looking Eme-gangster named David (yes, his name is literally David in both things) smoldering at the camera and shooting shit. Standard yourlocalspacewitxch mamadas.
Oh but also, this is as much a love letter to my hometown of Los Angeles (which I have been relentlessly homesick for) as it is to pinshe chulada David Barron. I've always associated this song with home. All the tracking shots are of LA, and in moments of Big Sad, I will legit watch this video (yes, my own video like an asshole sksks) as a way to quell some of the homesickness.

Summary
I've been undercover obsessed with David Barron since that legendary S3 scene at Christine's. Unfortunately, the writers betray me (cue The Room Tommy Wiseau gif) by making him fucking garbage kind of out of nowhere?? I still haven't really forgiven them for introducing such a dope character with the beautiful face of Bobby Soto, only to turn around and spit in my face by making him The Actual Worst. And tbh I didn't realize: a) how invested I was in the character, b) how much I'd extrapolated from his brief time on the show and c) how that led to me subconsciously writing mans backstory, so that when the writers were like, "ha bish, you thot," in S3 ep8, it fully fucking shattered my entire vision of the character.
So long story short, I've decided I'm fully rejecting show!Barron and substituting with my far!superior!version who incidentally also happens to be Dina's right-hand-man y su mejor carino/amorcito/querido de todos and malewife extraordinaire.
Also, this features clips from another Bobby Soto movie, Tax Collector because needed the extra footage sksksk
Oh also, there will be an asslong fic that I will eventually begin to publish that was inspired by this video.
