Summary
Lord Zedd, once the scourge of galaxies, now drowns his failures in bottom-shelf liquor at the Villain's Gala. As a new breed of evil rises, armed with PowerPoint presentations and KPIs, Zedd's old-school chaos feels as outdated as his rusting staff.
