The Gray Side of the Force, sick of dealing with the Light and Dark's squabbles and never ending game of who is better at the detriment of the luminous beings that try to follow their ever changing wills, finds four people who are absolutely not part of their universe and sees a way to end their siblings stupid fight, or at least kark it up enough they can't do their normal shenanigans and give them a much needed break.
The four, a bunch of humans called Harry, Agatha, Sakura and Shepard are all too glad to get out of the boring and endless white afterlife they are trapped in and agree. Now they find themselves starting fresh in a galaxy far, far away. -

There have been fics about them as kids and babies but none of them have been comprehensive going from their creation to the moment we meet them at Anaxes. They were defectives and the Kaminoans were obessed with perfection so who saved them and why? How did they approach a one size fits all existence when they were very much not that? The Kaminoans wouldnt have sent defective goods into battle so how did they finally get cleared for battle? How did the Bad Batch become the Bad Batch is the question I am trying to answer. -

99 can admit to himself, for as much as he'd been denied the role of soldier, he'd always had the role of older brother. In spite of that, when the Kaminoans piece together the usefulness of having the older clones look out for and help socialize the younger ones, he'd been the one Alpha clone overlooked. And he'll never begrudge his Alpha batch brothers...but he wishes. He yearns.
And then, of course, he'd been given his own special line of clones. He just hadn't known what that had meant for all of them.
