Kakaru wants to do something special for Yamato for Christmas, and as he thought, baking something would be perfect.
Except for the fact that he doesn't know how to bake or isn't good at baking or in general. He wanted to show Yamato just how much he cares for him even though he might not always express it. Determined, he decides to bake.
Despite his attempts, he's just about to give up when he finds himself face to face Yamato.In the end, Kakeru can't help but agree to let Yamato help him and totally ruining his surprise for him. But at least they created a memorable moment together.

It made his heart squeeze and smiled thinking about it. “Why are you smiling?” He snapped out of his thoughts hearing that. He zoned back in, staring at Kakeru trying to form an answer. “Hmm… I guess just seeing you when your attention is somewhere else. You have this sort of calm-like and peaceful look on your face. Which I think is adorable and I'm happy thinking about it.”
