Summary
This fanfic takes place five years after Azula and Zuko's Agni Kai. After Zuko becomes the firelord. Also in this work, my OC (Mira) replaces Katara's entire existence. She has her bending abilities, her relation to Sokka, there's no relationship between my oc/aang other than like his puppy love crush. Suki and Sokka are not together. His wife is gonna be an original/background character with no importance to the storyline. HOPE YALL ENJOYYYYYYYY

Summary
Zuko just wanted to take a breather after a stressful political summit in the Earth Kingdom. Unfortunately, some passerby with good eyesight spotted him entering an apartment through the door as Li and leaving through the window as the Blue Spirit, right before he left for the Fire Nation. The Earth Kingdom puts two and two together and, appropriately, gets four: the Blue Spirit has kidnapped Li, and presumably the other Fire Nation refugees who have been disappearing across Ba Sing Se. They must save Li and bring the Blue Spirit to justice!
Unwilling to reveal himself as either the Blue Spirit, wanted in both the Fire Nation and Earth Kingdom for treason and petty larceny, or Li, who'll draw attention to his uncle's teahouse, Zuko does the next most reasonable thing: he panics.
Meanwhile, Mai, Suki, and Toph are busy investigating who's really at fault for the disappearances of these refugees, King Kuei has realized he can get away with some truly ridiculous antics as king, and the newspapers are getting suspicious of how protective Fire Lord Zuko is of these two random people he apparently picked up in Ba Sing Se. What's up with that, anyway?

Summary
After a few agonizingly slow seconds of exhausted, confused pondering, Zuko decided there was only one logical conclusion.
“You’re right," he told the assassins, "I’m here to help you kill the Fire Lord.”
Like a genius.Caldera City is holding a festival to celebrate finally having enough funds to hold a festival! Although Zuko originally deemed himself too busy to go, Sokka managed to cajol him into attending his own party, in a knock-off Blue Spirit disguise for security purposes. Zuko sneaks back into the palace right in time to catch a group of assassins sneaking out. They failed to find the Fire Lord and assume he's reinforcements.
Zuko needs to find who ordered a strike on him before they do something stupid, like order a second one. Obviously, the most reasonable thing to do is join the assassins and hope they don’t figure out who he actually is. Obviously. There’s literally no other option.
Feat. Zuko's only two coping mechanisms (mortal peril and improv theater), the world's most incompetent hit team, and another knock-off Blue Spirit who's determined to prove this "Li" isn't who he says he is.

Summary
If Zuko was any more sleep deprived, Sokka is pretty sure he would be dead. Zuko seems to be vaguely aware of this as well, but Zuko is also nearly as stubborn as Sokka and twice as busy. But when has Sokka ever let that stop him from taking care of his idiot.
Or
Sokka finds Zuko half asleep in the royal gardens and puts it upon himself to force his boyfriend to get some much needed rest.

Summary
After the war, Sokka sets out to heal broken villages, drifting from shore to shore, while Zuko is bound to the palace, carrying the weight of the Fire Nation on his shoulders. Despite the distance, Sokka writes to Zuko in stolen moments—letters filled with humor, confessions, and unspoken longing.
For Zuko, those letters become a secret comfort in the quiet hours, a reminder of a world outside his title. He longs to write back, to say what he’s never had the courage to admit. But duty holds him silent, even as each unwritten letter deepens the ache in his heart.
Across oceans, each waits for the other, hoping one day words will be enough to bring them together.
“To the Fire Lord, from the sea…”

Can be read alone, but also as a prequel to Touched. -

Summary
Earth. Fire. Air. Water.
For centuries, the Four Nations have lived in relative peace and prosperity, a peace safeguarded by the power and diplomatic skill of the Avatar, the only person in the world capable of bending all four elements.
But the last Avatar, the well-respected Air Nomad diplomat and peacemaker Aang, has been dead for years. Sinister forces, nurturing dangerous expansionist dreams thought long abandoned by the rest of the world, are beginning to stir.
And all the while, the next Avatar, her identity kept hidden even from her, approaches her 16th birthday in the Northern Water Tribe, not knowing the danger that looms on her horizon…

Summary
Zuko would have killed to swallow the knot in this throat from the sight before him, killed to know how everything that lead up to it and everything that occurred afterwards so that maybe he could have stopped it.
How does one know the last touch of a lover unrecognized, when their final words are spoken and they no longer walk the same ground as you? Is it through a special gift graced only by Agni himself? Is there ever enough suffering to justify such a curse? Is it enough when you cannot even bare to choke out a word, their name stitched to raw lips and red rimmed eyes.
Zuko would have killed to have been blessed by the dragons to have known the last time he would have seen Sokka with his face untouched and his voice unsilenced.

Summary
Zuko was almost killed the moment he was born. Ozai said he lacked the spark necessary of a fire-bender and almost cast him over the palace walls, only saved by Ursa’s powerful, motherly conviction. Pleading to give Zuko a chance. Agni, please, just one chance.
He wasted that chance at thirteen years old, during an Agni Kai, forever branded to be the banished son of Ozai. He was honourless, irredeemable, and yet still, somehow, he found his way. Zuko knows how it feels to be worthless, he knows how he it feels to desperately claw at that accusation and prove otherwise. This is why, with the Fire Nation's carcass resting on his shoulders, he knows he cannot buckle underneath the pressure. It is his responsibility, his duty to both his people and the world, to fulfil this role, for fear of his father's tyranny seeping back into the palace walls. He has a chance to do good here...and he cannot waste it.
.....The war is over and Zuko is the Firelord...Now what? How did we get from Zuko's coronation to republic city, and was the journey to peace easy? Spoiler, no..no it very much wasn't. Featuring: Decolonisation, the mystery of Zuko’s mother and the palace staff being chaotic (+gaang adventures)

Summary
Honestly, I’m not sure what else to write. I guess I just wanted to talk to you. I think I miss you guys. The only people I talk to here are Uncle and a staff that’s terrified of me. Is it strange to say I miss before? When we were all together? I know that’s terrible to say– we were at the height of the war and fighting for our lives. Sorry, I don’t know what I’m saying anymore. Should probably try to rest some more. This wasn’t much of a letter, but I hope you write back anyway.
Stay safe,
ZukoOr, Sokka and Zuko begin writing letters to each other after the war. Despite being half a world away, they become closer than ever.
