Prompt:
Stiles had just recently started working at a construction company, he didn't even have a proper tan yet, and Derek did not enjoy working with beginners but Stiles was easy to teach and his small frame but long limbs came in handy most days, so he kinda took him under his wing.
Derek's marriage implodes and destroys everything in his life, to the point where he doesn't have a place to stay, so Stiles offers his apartment even if it isn't too big and the air-conditioning doesn't work properly.
I'm thinking dadbod!Derek who does have strong sexual urges but isn't that experienced in anything that isn't straight vanilla sex, and lean!Stiles that's secretly a pervert but hasn't had the chance to try. The age gap can be as big or as small as you want to.
