But 10 year later, the sins of Chamberlain follow her old and new friends down to Tampa, Florida in 2023, as Carrie is revived. Even though the proclaimed Angel Of Havoc is still corrupted from what had happened previous, the trio eventually find a way to persuade Carrie to come quietly as she finally puts the past behind her and finds love. Or will she forever be feared by the many people who refuse to give her what she had longed for: acceptance?
