Summary
“Hey, Zimms. Didja miss me?”
...
“Kenny?”
For a split second Jack thinks he spoke his thoughts out loud, but then he realises — that wasn’t his voice.
He turns, looking down at his left winger, and all the breath disappears from his lungs at the wide-eyed way Bitty is staring at Kent. It’s not the starstruck, ‘oh my god it’s Kent Parson’ face that Jack is all too familiar with. It’s gobsmacked and a little bit horrified and knowing. And that nickname, no one but Jack and his parents ever used that nickname, but somehow it sounds effortless in that southern drawl.
What the hell??
.-.-.
Jack is not the only one with a past he doesn't like to talk about. When Kent Parson comes crashing back into their lives, Bitty expects an implosion, but instead it begins something he never thought possible. As the three boys learn to lower the boundaries they've put up around their hearts, they grow closer together, and soon their heartbreak takes on an entirely different form - one that can never resolve happily for all three of them.

Summary
Coming out is not an act; it's a process. It happens over and over and over - in bold statements and silent glances, in actions and words and sometimes just by existing. It can be a conscious decision, an involuntary response, an assumption made and left uncorrected. Coming out can be liberating and exhausting all at the same time, and it never really stops; not as long as society has their idea of 'standard', and you do not fit that idea. It can be a shared point of connection, but also a wound - a reminder, time after time, that you are Different. But at least you are not alone there.

Summary
If you ask any hockey fan, they'd tell you that Kent Parson is the Las Vegas Aces. They'd tell you he's always going to be an Ace, that he loves his team, his city. They'd laugh if you suggested that might ever change.
But the thing is about Vegas, it's a city full of illusions. And most of the time, Kent Parson's happiness is one of those illusions.
He's not sure how much longer he can keep up the act.

Summary
It's finally here - Jack's first Stanley Cup Playoffs run. As much as all three of them want Jack to achieve everything he has dreamed of, there's one small snag in the plan.
The Aces made the playoffs, too. For one of them to win, the other has to lose. Possibly even against each other.
It's... a whole lot to deal with. For all of them. But they have each other, and they'll make it through - with a few surprises thrown in the mix for good measure.
Bitty is happy to put his focus on his boys; it's a lot better than having to face his upcoming Senior year, after all.
