Terastallized is a retelling of Pokémon Scarlet and Violet, the Teal Mask, and the Indigo Disk (eventually ;-;) that features a reimagined, slightly more serious take on the Pokémon setting, an altered plotline for the game, and Helia Brillante, a rewritten, trans incarnation of Juliana, as its protagonist. It focuses on the relationships between Helia and the main cast of Scarlet and Violet - along with a few others - as well as Helia's own character development, and something strange lurking in her dreams.

While ultimately a story that focuses on its narrative and themes, Terastallized is also fundamentally a queer story, and right at the heart of that is Helia's growing feelings and eventual romance with Nemona, the girl who walked into her life and changed it forever, as much as her dreams ever will.

Rated T for language, but also contains the following triggers--
- Transphobia; though most of it is in the past, it is still depicted
- Mentioned bullying
- Abusive family dynamics, specifically Helia's father though others may be mentioned later on
