⬇️INGREDIENTS 
1/2 cup roasted chana
1/2 CUP makhana
1/4 cup peanuts
1/4 cup cashew and almonds
6 tbsp pumpkin seeds
4 tbsp sesame seeds
2 cup dates 
Roast all the ingredients for 5 to 7 minutes on low flame. Now roast dates to make it soft. Now mix the things and crush it in mixer. Now bind them and make laddoos.
