Pipe the mixture into silicone mold half-spheres (or take large rounded spoonful sized portions, and place on a sheet of parchment paper) and then freeze overnight. Properly melt the chocolate, fully cover the frozen bites, placing them on a sheet of parchment paper and quickly topping them with chopped pistachios and a sprinkle of sea salt (before the chocolate hardens).
