Aquafall is a world abound with water and greenery, and populated by dragons and fairies. Meteorites suddenly bring forth evil creatures that threaten all living things on the planet. The fairy Syrup assembles the Aquafall Defence Force, with three girls of the dragon clans as recruits. Syrup and the dragon girls Leviathan, Bahamut, and Jörmungandr work together to battle enemies.

Enjoyed this fantasy themed show more than I expected to. The mahou shoujo influence is strong with this one, which was a little annoying after the 13th time watching the transformations. The characters also seem a little flat personality wise. Rather ditsy, but cute, which lends itself to some amount of comedy. Them being adolescent seems like a good excuse for this though and while there was some character evolution from their experiences on their journey, it was rather limited, which was somewhat expected with only one season. While it does seem to have some ecchi camera angels and sequences, it wasn't overboard or trashy. Ultimately I found myself charmed by the fantasy themed visuals, character designs, clothing, and innocent sweetness of the story. Biggest complaint is that there aren't more seasons, which they certainly set viewers up for.
