Two very distinctly different episodes from the life of Emilia.
1) The trials and tribulations of trying to date a magical ice princess. Sweet, funny filler, nice change of pace given how grim the series can be. Despite this mostly showing a date from Emilia's point of view, a lot of other characters get their fair share of screentime.
2) Finally, more backstory for Emilia and Puck. Unsurprisingly, tragedy happens, but it ends on a high note. Definitely gives a lot of context to her character, which was sorely needed.
Despite the differences in tone, I found both of them surprisingly worthwhile, wouldn't skip.

Decent watch for fans of the series. Just make sure you watch this around the first two thirds of the 1st season, before the final sub-plot kicks in. Otherwise, it will feel like a chore to grind through 2 hours of side stories at the end of the season, when you desperately want to follow the main plot in the 2nd season (like I did).
The first movie is your typical easy-going holiday special, but one 1h long. The second has heavier tones and provides some background about Emilia.

These are two side-stories taking place within the first season around Subaru and Emilias's date. They directly connect to one another (Memory Snow's first). Overall they're of lower quality than the regular series in my opinion. The first is a little funny side-story, the second a backstory, which seems kinda drawn out though.

The 2nd ovs The Frozen Bond was really good and its cannonical, tells who the girl really is. Should have been part of the main series. So its a must see.

Definitely worth watching if you enjoyed the main series.
The first episode is just for relaxation and fun. It has no gloomy atmosphere of the series, and there are some remarkably cute moments with Rem and Emilia.
The second episode is a prequel movie. It wasn't so exciting to watch for me, but it helps a lot to understand Emilia's personality. For example, why she's so afraid of special treatment. I feel like Emilia hasn't enough time on screen during the first season, and this movie completes the gap.

This definitely strays from some of the dark tones of the main series, but the two movies are almost like two sides of a coin. You get some light hearted addition to the main story, and then some backstory filled with a lot of the same cruelty built in.
If you're a fan of the series, you'll definitely enjoy this, and a lot of things get answered.

Memory Snow is a movie for fans of the series. In typical Re: Zero fashion, everyone sans Rem is still an asshole to Subaru, nevertheless, this OVA-like movie was charming, with a nice winter theme and light-hearted comedy, a break from the gore and the despair commonly associated with Re: Zero.
Recommended for fans of the main series.
