The head of the research department at Yagiri Pharmaceuticals. Because of family issues she develops an interest in her brother Seiji and later tries to get rid of Selty's head after her brother falls in love with it. She also persuades Mika into a plastic surgery to replace her deformed face with that of Selty's and later attempts to erase her memory.

Following Mika's escape she and her followers are defeated by Mikado and the Dollars, whom Mika turned to. And Namie, left without any other choice, starts working under Izaya.
