Position Summary职位概述
1.Implements all sales action plans related to the respective market (by segment and ographical locations) as outlined in the Marketing plan.

2.Actively participates in achieving the departmental goals which contribute to the marketing budget.

3.Closely monitors accounts revenue and business production for Corporate / FIT / M.I.C.E. accounts.
紧密的跟进所负责的客户的收入产量,以及与公司商务、散客、会务相关的生意。
4.Assists the Senior Sales Manager and DOS in the forecasting of rooms’ revenue and ATR for Corporate / FIT / M.I.C.E. / LSG (Long Staying Guests) groups.
协助高级销售经理和销售总监预测未来房间的收入和公司/散客/会议/长住客/的平均房价。
5.Attends major travel functions and promotional events (i.e. trade shows) and promotes sales (rooms, catering, and other facilities and services) for the hotel.

6.Plans sales trips, under the direct approval of Senior Sales Manager, Director of Sales or Director of Business Development to major market areas, calling on accounts within the specific market areas. Reports to the Senior Sales Manager / Director of Sales on potential markets needing coverage.

7.Get known all information of competitors, such as rate, top accounts and production, room, F&B and events, and report to DOS regularly.
了解并熟悉竞争对手的所有产品信息,包括公司协议价、主要客户及其产量、酒店客房、餐饮、会务等,并定期向销售总监汇报。
8.Work together and close communication with Banquet Sales Team to keeps updated with client relationships and overall business goals through regular entertainment and some activation.
与宴会销售紧密沟通并协同工作,通过定期的酒店招待、宴请及举办主题活动来全面地保持好客户关系。
9.Take responsibility to conduct hotel inspection for all walk in, meeting group and contracted clients and plan next step for future follow .
负责所有散客、团队以及协议客户参观酒店并制定后期跟进计划。
10.To negotiate with accounts on banquet, outside catering events and coordinate with Banquet Department and follow-up revisions.
与客户洽谈所有相关宴会、会议、户外活动等,并签定协议。与宴会销售人员配合跟进具体在店活动。
