Why don't you hear it more?

Should we turn it up?

Yeah, man. [both laughing]

Sorry guys, postponing the album for another four months.

[relaxing chillstep music]

Hey Vogue, it's Madison Beer.

Come and spend the day with me today in LA.

Okay, so right now we are in my house

and my friend Aerin is here

so we're gonna have a meeting

to go over my next music video.

Come on. [funk chillstep music]

We are finishing up this treatment

for my next single, Spinnin',

which I'm very excited about cause it's sort of gonna feel

like a short film in a lot of ways.

We could just do it like you're in the field

and then you end up in the town.

I think that that feels probably more realistic.

[Aerin] Yeah.

And then I think the spotlight thing is so epic.

[Aerin] So sick. I love it.

[Aerin] I know.

I'll have a visual sort of aesthetic

that I wanna achieve and then me and Aerin will meet up

and just riff off of each other

for hours usually sometimes,

and then she'll end up making a treatment.

It's a really nice balance

that I think that we've accomplished.

Yeah, a lot of chitchatting for many hours.

[Madison] A lot of voice memo-ing.

[Aerin] Yeah, a lot of voice memo-ing.

I'll have a first pass of the edit

and then we'll edit together.

We also edit literally the day after we shoot videos

and she comes over the next night,

and we have the edit locked.

Yeah, it's pretty insane.

We're pretty good at it. Yeah. [both laughing]

Now we are on our way to one of my favorite vintage stores

in all of Los Angeles.

But this one specifically I love,

'cause it is a mixture of things like this,

that are more delicate, antique-y sort of pieces.

And then I think it's really cool

to wear things that have had a life before me

and I love to vintage shop.

[uplifting groovy music]

Oh my gosh, please fit me.

[Madison gasps] They fit me!

They're so cute!

And they match with my outfit it was meant to be.

Come on, come...

I want them. [cool funk music]

Something that I look for always

when I'm shopping for vintage stuff

is just a uniqueness in the pieces that I want to buy

and also things I'm gonna actually wear.

I feel like I've balanced this mixture

of girly with sort of still comfortable low baggy jeans,

that feels very me and it feels good to finally feel

like I have some sort of sense of style for myself.

[groovy chillhop music]

Okay cute, his is the one.

This is just some normal overalls

with this cute little sweatshirt that I pulled,

which I love.

Very excited, they fit me because a lot of my overalls

are either way too big on me or way too small on me.

I definitely like to be comfy on most days.

This is a mixture of comfy yet still cute.

Okay, so this is an outfit

that I feel like is very true to me.

I also do like things that are a little bit big for me.

I found these glasses too,

which I loved before even seeing what brand they were

and now they're vintage Chanel, I love them even more.

That was a success!

Now I'm so hungry,

I need to take you to my favorite restaurant,

one of my favorite restaurants, Found Oyster.

Let's go. [funk music]

I love this place, I'm so addicted to it.

I come here all the time.

So finding this place was really exciting for me.

And I am home for a little bit,

we're currently planning my tour and a bunch of other stuff.

I'm gonna New York soon

but right now I get to chill a little bit.

So excited to eat this, it's so good.

Everything comes with a Ritz Cracker, are we joking?

You just scoop some on there and then you pop it in.

[groovy chillhop music]

Hello...

[Leroy] What's up?

Say hi to Vogue.

What's up, Vogue? [both chuckling]

So this is Leroy,

he is my favorite person in the world.

I don't even know what to call you.

Co-producer, co-partner in this life.

Yeah. [Leroy laughs]

And today we're gonna finish up one of my songs.

Can't wait.

Okay, do you want to hear

some of these vocals we did last night?

Yeah, yeah, yeah let's do it.

I really like this Beatles-

So me and Leroy have been working together

for six years now.

It was kind of one of those things

where I thought it was gonna be another producer that I met

and then probably never saw again.

And then it just turned into,

I really loved working with that guy,

can we set up more sessions?

And then we made my debut album and Life Support

and now we finished another one.

Really nice to be able to work with someone

you speak the same language as, and we said loop of a song.

I kept going like this and then we just got Spinnin'

and we just go down this rabbit hole quite literally

and it's so fun and it's very rare, we're very lucky.

Yeah, we're very lucky and we also have-

We're so lucky-

Amazing collaborators as well.

[Madison] Yeah.

Who help us in many, many ways.

[Madison] Yeah, it's not only us.

Yeah, yeah.

We're not gonna take all the credit...

Just put that out there. But...

[cool groovy music]

Can you turn up the preamp a little bit more

on the right hand side?

Oh yeah and then just try...

[funky guitar music]

♪ Ah ♪

Okay, one more, more time.

No last note, okay.

Yeah, yeah just hold that.

One, two...

♪ Ah ♪

That's beautiful, maybe get the...

I think for me, having people that I can really trust

in arguably the most intimate settings, it's so important

because I really have to feel like

I can pour my heart out to these people, not feel judged.

I wanna have a song that's doing well

and be able to be like,

I love the people that I made this with.

So I'm very, very lucky.

All right guys, we have a song to finish.

I'm so grateful for this, this has been so much fun.

I hope you guys enjoyed the video

and thank you so much, Vogue for having me.

I absolutely love you.

I'll see you guys next time.

[Madison kisses]

Bye. [uplifting chillstep music]
