When I first opened the jar wasn&#x27;t sure what to expect. When I applied it to my hair it was easy to apply. My hair hasn&#x27;t felt so soft in a long time and I have used a lot of different products. It makes my hair feel nourished, not as dry as normally. It also gives my hair a shine that makes it look so healthy. My hair seems more manageable as well as less damage. I also like that it is color safe because I do color my hair. This is really a great product.</p><h3 class="Text-ds Text-ds--title-6 Text-ds--left Text-ds--black">Didn&#x27;t work very well</h3><p class="Text-ds Text-ds--body-1 Text-ds--left Text-ds--black">I had high hopes for this product since my daughter has dry hair. Hopefully after using it more it will work better. She applied it for 5 minutes as instructed then rinsed. And honestly I couldn&#x27;t tell she had used it. Maybe we just needed to leave it on longer. It wouid smooth, moisturize, and soften my hair beautifully. This last time I purchased, I noticed something weird when I&#x27;d apply to my hair. Best way to describe is almost like my hair was tangled when I put the masque on. When I rinsed it out, my hair felt so rough and not silky, to the point that after towel drying it, I had a hard time brushing it, when it&#x27;s always been beautifully conditioned once out of shower. Third time, I noticed the same thing with a weird texture felt on my hair after applying a dallop of the product, so I grabbed more of the masque in between my fingers to feel the actual product, and it&#x27;s all gritty like there&#x27;s sand in it. It grossed me out. Absolutely not what you want to feel in a conditioner for your hair. Needless to say, it&#x27;s being returned. Not sure if I&#x27;ll exchange it for another one after this ordeal as it&#x27;s pricey as is but will deal with it soon.
