Alex:

•well versed in panic attacks since storms usually trigger him

•is usually the best at calming you down based on experience and personal knowledge

•usually makes you lie down so that you can get more air, but he holds you in his lap while you do so

•he is very verbal. He knows exactly what to say to calm you down. I.e.: "we aren't going anywhere." "You're safe." "You are valid." "Your mind lies." "You are loved and you are safe."

•usually talks in quiet, hushed tones since he knows that that's how he likes to be talked to when he's afraid. He does his best to make you feel valid and grounded.

John:

•almost as good as Alex since he has experience in helping Alex through his panic attacks

•will sing to you in soft Spanish to try and soothe you

•he rubs your back to try and help you breathe

•he reminds you to breathe. He actually has a metronome on his phone that he sets to sixty beats per minute and has you breathe in for four and out for four with

•if you don't like being touched, he understands, but he will sit with you while you ride it out.

•he just wants you to know that you are safe and that you aren't alone.

Lafayette:

•speaks to you in French, most of it nonsense and cute pet names

•plays with your hair to try and calm you. He will hold your hands to remind you that you're grounded

•often pulls you into his lap and holds you tightly. He remembers the article saying that pressure is actually helpful for panic attacks and sensory overloads, and it helps calm the victim down.

•he will play with your fingers gently and talk to you about his childhood, just silly little stories that mean nothing. It really does help.

•makes you drink water after a panic attack

Hercules:

•pure cinnamon roll. Is sometimes startled and unsure of how to react. Has gotten better at it since he's met Alex, but he's still learning. He does his best

•will always ask you if it's okay for him to touch you, hold your hand, etc

•after you say it's okay, he will usually gently trace the planes of your face.

•is the least verbal. He doesn't really know what to say, so he just holds you and caresses you.

I SHIP YOU WITH ANGELICA! You have such a soft, sweet spirit and I feel like Angelica would add the fire and bring more passion from you!

How’d ya meet?

-Angelica had gone to a coffee house with some of the hamilsquad because Alex insisted she needed a night away

-you were singing at said coffee shop, and some of your art was on sale there, as part of art walk(art walk is a brilliant thing that happens on the first Friday of every month in downtown Springfield where people come to look at local artists’ work and maybe purchase some of it)

-anyways, TJeffs showed up to see Aaron as he worked, and him and Alex got into it, which was growing heated and causing a distraction

-Angelica was enthralled by you from the start and she could see the way your eyes began to dart across the crowd and your hands started to shake as they got louder

-she ended up breaking them up and sending them outside to keep fighting

-once you finished, she quickly approached you and apologized for their behavior

-she even bought you a coffee

-you two started talking, and Angelica kinda flirts aggressively when she knows what she wants

-flat out asks your for your number, you blush, but you say yes

-she takes you on nice dates, walks around the town square, to book stores, coffee shops, she’d follow you anywhere

-she kisses you in a coffee shoppe booth in between sips of hot chocolate on a cold winter night

-hand holding. Ange is a hoe for hand holding. Loves to hold your hand so people know that you’re together

-LOVES SAYING “MY GIRLFRIEND” AND “MY WIFE” YASS, baby, live your dreams

-likes to be bold and outspoken, which is p convenient since you’re too nice to always tell a waiter if your chicken is undercooked or your order is completely wrong. Ange takes care of it for you

-she loves to take baths with you, especially bubble baths

-luckily, you’re good in the kitchen. Eliza did all the cooking at home and Ange does her best to help, but she struggles

-she loves to write you cute little love notes and stick them in your coat pocket or your purse for you to find later

-will fall asleep snuggling since she tends to overwork herself, and if she’s super exhausted, she’ll end up sprawled across you and snoring

-likes to kiss your hands and hair, is actually v soft when it’s just the two of you

-loves it when you sing, like, a lot

-loves to run her hands through your hair and have your head in her lap when you sing or hum, or literally just do anything, she likes to be hands-on

-when things get bad, she offers to fight whoever made you cry, and she is ready to do whatever it takes to make sure it doesn’t happen again. This sometimes makes you laugh, but then she’ll take your hand, kiss your cheek, and talk with you until you’re in a safe place. She knows physical comfort best. He’ll free hold you close and rub your back, she’ll wrap you up in blankets and cuddle you. She also makes you tea or hot chocolate or brings you a glass of water

-she’s v protective
