Huge on physical touch. He’s a touchy person 100% especially if you’re dating. You sort of watched the progression of his touchiness with you. When you guys were just friends, he’d give you simple touches like high fives or short hugs. But after you started dating, he was all over you. Hugs, kisses, leaning on you, pulling you against him, holding your hand 24/7. Etc. 

Speaking of touch, I feel like he’s the type to pull away last. He’s never the first to pull away in any relationship, platonic or romantic. If he DOES pull away first, he does not like you. The reason he pulls away last is because he always wants that last moment of contact with you. 

He feels bad for having to go do Nightwing duties and leaving you, so he always tries to come back home with food or a little treat for you. Even if you insist he doesn’t have to, he has an excuse ready. He didn’t have to buy your favorite take out on the way home? It was on the way and he was hungry too. He didn’t have to get you flowers? He figured it’d give the apartment a nice touch of color anyway. 

If, and let’s be honest when, he comes home from patrol/a mission all scratched up and beaten, he will do EVERYTHING IN HIS POWER to hide it from you. He’ll come home just that extra bit later when he knows you’ve fallen asleep, he’ll go to his safehouse or Wayne Manor to clean up first, hell, sometimes Dick won’t come home at all and have you worrying more than if he’d just come home and let you patch him up. 

When he comes home from a mission or from patrol, he’s so desperate to just go to bed with you. It doesn’t matter if it’s noon, it’s naptime. Sometimes he won’t have enough energy to take the Nightwing suit off, so he’ll just… lay on top of you wherever you happen to be sitting. Couch, bed, wherever.
