been reading through a bunch of Doodlebugss' works lately, and I just wanted to say I imagine Hollow's sighing sounds a lot like the creaking of a tree in the wind.
#the specific fic is โHaunted Landโ btw#which is their own interpretation of the plot of Silksong#it's still in the works but its really good so far#also holy shit the scene where Hollow and Ghost just wrap themselves in all of Hornet's spare cloaks because she's gone and they can't#snuggle with her like they always do when they're stressed is so cute and sad at the same time

In the process of sketching out Hornet's alternate outfits I decided to completely remake her main reference drawing, and with that she got a bit of a redesign. Including a pair of extra arms, small and useless, basically vestigial. I know I said before that I wouldn't give her four arms so this is a good middle ground I think
I also did this quick sketch of a potential Herrah design for the AU. Mostly to use as reference for Hornet.
Hornet definitely took more after Vyrm, but I think you'll still be able to notice some of Herrah's traits in her refreshed look.

Another thing I did yesterday. Since Vyrm is leucistic, I thought it would be fun to see what he'd look like with non-leucistic wyrm colors, and then I decided to throw in albino and melanistic versions as well.
