All my respect goes out to people who have to live with chronic pain. You are a soldier and my heart goes out to you.

My teeth/jaw/head has been hurting for the past three or four days and it's agonizing. It hurts in waves and gets worse as the day progresses. And it's gotten to a point where I can only get into a half asleep state for at most half an hour at a time. I would love to take a painkiller just about now but I don't know which pills are good for what (and I still can't swallow them)
