Warner Bros is negotiating big sale of shelved ‘Coyote Vs. Acme’ movie

Gareth West’s distributor-financier Ketchup Entertainment is negotiating an all-rights acquisition in the $50M range for the animated-live-action hybrid project. Ketchup last year rescued the same studio’s The Day the Earth Blew Up: A Looney Tunes Movie.

The pact isn’t finalised and there’s still a chance it doesn’t make but it’s heading in the right direction. Should it get over the line, the film would get a theatrical release in 2026.

When I see someone in a Tesla I don’t necessarily think “here’s a guy who loves Adolf Hitler” because they could have bought it several years ago before this stupid bullshit. However when I see a cyber truck I do think this.

Also re: the fact it’s normal to have a period of time where you have no friends: sometimes this means no “real” friends aka still have people you know from work, school, family, neighbors, acquaintances, etc etc you interact with but are not close with and couldn’t go to for anything on any deeper level. But sometimes it actually does mean no friends. No social interaction, nobody to call, no other option, don’t talk to anyone for days, don’t know who would find out if you died. The thing is there really is coming back from both of those situations ofc it takes a good deal of work and can feel like pulling teeth to put yourself out there but god it pays off. You can always start over from scratch, and it’s true most people are just as lonely as you are

did anyone else see that seal that just ended up on the street in connecticut

No place for a little seal

Very important addition. Seal crimes.

Something nice about the story is that a lot of locals who’ve been in the area for years have noted that all these recent seal sightings are evidence that cleanup of the Long Island sound over the last few decades has been highly successful

Even as a kid growing up in the 2000s, the beaches in connecticut leading out to the sound were still too polluted to even go safely swimming in. But thanks to dedicated environmentalists and policies protecting the sound, the seals, sharks, and other wildlife have returned home

reggie woke up one day with power unlike any other. “You know, it’s crazy— one day I’m in my own head, and the next I can just hear a million tiny little voices.” doctors didn’t know what to tell him, but right away, he knew he could put this power to use. But life always has its ups and downs… “No you don’t understand, you can’t hear what I hear!” Critics are RAVING over Dayton Sprinkle’s once in a life time performance. “I made a promise. That my children, and the children of America, will have their voices heard.” Dayton Sprinkle is:
