My trip to Panama had both highs and lows. The flight and transfers were mostly smooth, but miscommunication regarding our Air Panama flight schedule caused confusion. While the Central Hotel Panama and city tour met expectations, the hotel in Boquete was a huge disappointment, falling far below the four-star standard I had requested. Despite the friendly staff, the lack of amenities and outdated facilities made for an unpleasant stay. The excursions in Boquete were poorly coordinated, with a double-booked day and a mix-up with the coffee tour. Similarly, in Almirante, our transfer to the hotel was not arranged properly, but a staff member eventually stepped in to assist. The eco-friendly hotel in Bocas del Toro was charming but humid, making it impossible to keep clothes dry. However, the stunning landscape and pristine surroundings made this the highlight of our trip. Returning to Panama City, our stay at El Panama Hotel was comfortable, though my late checkout request was overlooked, requiring me to pay an extra fee. Final Rating: 6/10 ✔ Poor organization of transfers & excursions ✔ Hotel quality issues ✔ Stunning locations made up for logistical frustrations With better coordination and communication, this could have been an outstanding trip instead of just an average one.

I had a great time on my EF training tour in New York. All of the EF staff was so friendly and helpful. The trip was well organized and there were a great variety of activities. The best part was meeting all of the amazing educators who share the passion to travel and show our students the world.

This was a recent trip to Namibia with my daughter. The entire project was carefully planned because my daughter had already been volunteering for a month in Namibian wildlife protection. I joined her later for a 13-day self-drive tour. Everything was meticulously organized with the Baboo Travel team, who provided excellent listening and coordination. From essential information to booking flights, car rentals, and accommodations, everything was perfect. Their phone support and mobile app were also top-notch—there was no way we could get lost. Located right beside Nairobi city, this area is very easy to access and get to. Take an adventurous car ride through the park, hike through the animal sanctuary, and engage in the fun of the safari walk. Take advantage of the opportunity – it is not a spectacle you get to experience often.

Don't know why they advertise "You pick the date". The dates they gave me weren't any of the dates I asked for on the booking form. Then the link they sent for additional payment (extra $$$ so the time window to fly is my preferred times) didn't work. Kept getting a fraud alert on my card. The call was hard to hear because another salesman's call with his customer came through over mine. At least I'm going somewhere warm.

These folks know what you need before you know that you need or want it. The sites that Nat Hab picks for camps are remote, private and exciting. I will never forget being awakened by the sounds of hippos, hyenas and lions in the night...by a visit with a curios young bull elephant peeping into our tent window... you can't make this up. The staff cares for you like your family.
